The xPERT eCampus is a next generation learning platform that moves beyond simply administering training to building mastery.
With the eCampus you can rapidly develop blended learning programs that weave together e-learning courses with same-time web meetings, threaded discussions and coached e-assignments; and integrate the activities of learners, coaches and managers.
Creation and replication of programs becomes a matter of minutes, not months, and centralized administration of activities and roles from a single dashboard make tracking simple. |
 |
(1) Frames: Persistent top and left frame provide a sense of place. No matter what activity learners are doing, they always experience themselves being in the eCampus.
(2) Learning Map: Customizable for each program and created via wizards in minutes, the map lists all the activities learners will engage in to complete the blended learning program, while colored indicators visually inform them of their progress.
(3) Game Board: Automatically generated, the game board visually illustrates the same activities that are in the learning map. |
(4) Discussion Forums: Public discussion rooms like a “coffee shop” can be added for networking, or private ones can be created for each learner and his coach.
(6) Announcements: One of 12 different “widgets” that can be displayed in the home page, the announcement block is used to let learners know about important deadlines or program changes. |
(5) Live Help: Chat-based help provides learners with immediate, personal assistance as they work through their learning activities.
(7) Who's On: One of 12 different “widgets” that can be displayed in the home page, the who’s on block lets users know who else is in the eCampus with them, and optionally send them an instant message or email. |

The xPERT eCommunity is a next generation collaboration platform that moves beyond simply supporting meetings to supporting meaningful work and learning conversations.
With the eCommunity you can rapidly develop communities of practice that weave together same-time web meetings with a rich threaded discussion that embeds working documents into the conversations about them.
Creation and replication of communities and team centers becomes a matter of minutes, and role-based management makes creating breakout rooms or private coaching rooms a simple process. |
 |
(1) Discussion Room Menu: Common discussion rooms allow the entire community to interact, team rooms provide persistent workspaces for subgroups, project rooms provide temporary spaces for project teams, and private rooms are great for mentoring.
(2) Feature Stories: Feature stories allow you to quickly disseminate news and information to your team.
(3) Featured Person: Each week you can feature information about another team member to help people get to know one another.
(4) Who's On Now: Who’s On Now provides a sense of membership by showing who is currently logged in. It also provides links to each person’s profile.
(5) Picture Block: Pictures of team members help create a sense of community. |
