Hello blog readers! Welcome back to the Envisiontel blog! This week I have a post for you about a new LMScheckout feature called Payment History. I’m sure you can figure out what this will be about, but I we have added a few special features we think you, our loyal customers and fans, will really enjoy! Read on to find out more and leave your comments at the bottom.
Payment History, as I’m sure you guessed, is a section within the LMScheckout admin panel that allows administrators to see all of the purchases made through their store. If you refer to the image below, you will see that this area will tell you what has been sold, the sale number, the order number, purchase date, start date of the course purchased (if it is a course), and finally the status of the purchase. The status of the purchase will allow administrators to aprove held purchases, cancel previous purchases, and manage users for bulk purchases.
This feature will be nice to help our clients keep track of their sales, but we have also added the ability for a new order to be placed through the admin portal by clicking the “New Order” button in the top left corner. This will allow you to go through the purchasing process for a customer. This will be especially useful for companies that make deals over the phone or in person. You can simply ask what your customer wants, punch it in through the admin side of your store, and either send them an invoice or charge them by using credit card information received over the phone or in person. See the two images below for a glimpse at how this process will look.
Since we hope everyone has a large amount of business coming through their store, we have included a search bar to look up specific payments and also the ability to limit how many payments will show on each page, ranging from 25 to 200 per page.
That’s it for today everyone. Thank you for reading and as always, if you enjoyed, please subscribe to our blog and follow us on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Have a comment about our blog or anything else we do? Leave it below and we will get a conversation started!
Have a great day!
